Villa for 6-8 guests with a living area of 150 sqm. On the ground floor there is a completely equipped kitchen with dining room, living room with a sofa bed for two, open fireplace, satellite TV and access to the terrace. There is one bedroom for two with a double bed, air-conditioning, satellite-TV, bath/toilet with whirlpool and access to the swimming pool, and an additional shower/toilet. On the first floor of the house there are two double bedrooms with air-conditioning, shower/toilet and satellite-TV, one of them with a double bed and its own terrace and one with two single beds. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
