PLEASE READ FIRST!!! This charming cinderblock casita operates 100% off-grid with solar power, propane and water tanks and its got wi-fi. It is located ON the beach, 100 ft from the sea. There is no traffic, no loudness, no tourists... Just you and the endless beach with the calm, warm sea of Cortez. We do provide limited blanket, sheets, towels for queen bed, + a blanket/ sheet for modular couch. Bring whatever else you might need. Consider this almost camping like experience. Thank you. Beachfront Escape: This off-grid rental is situated right on the sandy shores of the Sea of Cortez, providing direct access to the tranquil waters and panoramic views of the coastline. Guests can step outside and find themselves immersed in the beauty of the sea. Off-Grid Living: Designed for sustainability, the rental operates off-grid with solar power and propane and water tanks. This allows guests to enjoy a comfortable stay while minimizing their environmental impact, providing a perfect balance between modern amenities and a connection with nature. Although we anticipate that these amenities will be available to you. Please prepare yourself ice and coolers and battery-powered lights if needed. Charming Casita: The accommodation itself is a charming casita, blending local architecture with modern comforts. The interior is tastefully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere that complements the laid-back beach vibe. Large windows and a private terrace showcase the stunning sea views. The one "bedroom" does NOT have a door and provides access to the one bathroom. The living room has a modular couch that can be shaped into a large square for sleeping. There is an additional vintage couch that can also be used for sleeping. We do provide linens and a duvet for the queen bed and limuted towels for the bathroom. A blanket and flat sheet for the modular couch are available upon request. PLEASE BE ANY ADDITIONAL blankets ot towels needed. Outdoor Oasis: The focus is on outdoor living, with a private patio featuring swinging chairs for leisurely afternoons. Guests can relish in the sound of the waves, bask in the sun, or dine al fresco with the sea breeze as their companion. Feel free to hang our swinging chairs on the provided hooks. Although all the houses in the campo are close together, there are no bustling city noises, guests can enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the beach, unwind with the rhythmic sounds of the waves, and stargaze under the clear night sky. Local Flavor: For those seeking a taste of local culture, the nearby village of Delicias has a restaurant, Anicetos, and two small markets.
