What a gem. Tucked away in an inlet sipping my coffee every morning on the top deck and chilling was so peaceful. Darling little abode with everything you need. Had a small kitchen but I did not cook because the most fab restaurants and bars are on Las Olas Blvd just walking distance. After a long day it was nice chilling on the top deck sipping wine with a few friends that live nearby. Now they want a cute little houseboat. Place was clean and comfortable. I will be back.

Great location right in the aisle's near Las olas. Refrigerator, toaster oven, and coffee machines were a nice touch.. full set of silverware and plates, wine glasses, etc. nice change from staying in apartments on our trip!

This place really disappointed me. Easy to get into and everything, but the location is cramped and run down and it is not private at all. The place was really dirty when we arrived, tables weren’t wiped down, sink was filthy, and food was still in fridge from whoever stayed previously. Power went out and we couldn’t use AC or TV, the lights in bathroom are stick on battery powered lights that were dead, the toilet is in the shower, the conditioner and shampoo dispensers were broken and empty, there’s exposed wiring, and from what we saw NO SMOKE DETECTOR. Host was responsive and helpful, but the place just isn’t what it appears to be or anywhere near worth the money. We didn’t stay a night there and had to find another place in the area. Overall, would recommend against it.

My boyfriend and I stayed 4 nights at Jacqueline’s place. She was very responsive and kind until arrival. She informed us that we could check in early because the place was ready however, when arriving it wasn’t.  The trash was full, hairs in the sink, we smelled an odor coming from the bed and floor clearly hadn’t been swept. I contacted her when arriving and then again in the morning and didn’t receive a response until hours later. Very disappointing. She felt terrible and cleaned it herself later that evening, she even left a bottle of champagne which was nice however we just felt uncomfortable being there the entire time. We were told if anyone asks questions say “we are visiting friends”. I should’ve asked questions prior to booking but be ready to be a foot away from boats on each side, don’t be alarmed that the toilet is in the shower & there are no doors also heavy rain causes water to leaked in. Positives: The deck is amazing & tacklebox/fishing rods are included.

We enjoyed our stay at Jacqueline’s, the space was just as described. The bed was comfortable however the air conditioning at the head of bed was a bit too loud to leave on through the night, but nice to have on in the day. Me and my partner found the hot water to be fine for the shower time. Overall it was a really calming place and we were able to spend lots of our time sitting on the top patio which was really nice. There was also a fishing rod there to use if you wanted to use which was awesome! We would stay here again for sure!
