We can't wait to welcome you at our bedroom luxurious villa KAZA MIA. This 2 storey villa is within walking distance to Seminyak beach and close to a wide variety of restaurants, spas and boutiques. Whether you're looking for a relaxing evening or an energetic night out, you'll find it all in this area. The spacious airconditioned living room creates a loft-like atmosphere and can be closed off from the outside areas. With our SONOS system you can listen to your favourite songs which makes you feel like home (accessible through the Sonos app or Spotify). The kitchen is equipped with a sizable fridge, a toaster, a microwave oven and a Nespresso machine . On the ground floor there is one bedroom and one bathroom. On the second floor you will find the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a 55-inch Samsung smart TV . For a a restful night's sleep there is a super king-size bed with a Kingkoil mattress (220 x 200 cm) The outdoor spaces are equally enchanting, with two gardens to choose from. The side garden features a refreshing pool, perfect for a leisurely dip and the front garden is a tribute to the bohemian spirit with its Tulum-inspired design.

这栋房子简直是一件艺术品，并且实用，不出门也可以很惬意。地理位置非常便利，离海滩很近，周围有非常多的超市、餐厅、咖啡店、酒吧。房东热情且耐心，有任何问题都可以问她。下次来巴厘岛我还选择这里。
This stay was awesome. Amazing place that you can sleep easy! The primary bedroom upstairs has a MASSIVE custom made kingkoil bed… unreal! We slept 11 hours each night. Just the two of us, but the Villa felt more than big enough.. sound system was amazing and the downstairs bedroom and bathroom were unused but are just as good as the upstairs. So will suit 2 couples + some stragglers on the two massive lounges. 6 person villa easily! Only thing to note. If you are 60’s + the staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom is very steep, but the downstairs bedroom is just as amazing.
Amazing Villa and Kristina was a perfect Host. I arrived pretty late but she waited for me and even prepared some snacks and cold water. Especially the Speaker in the living area was great and can give you your own beach club feeling. Nice big pool and a very quiet area. But if you turn left two times and walk like 2mins you are on the main street with all the stores and restaurants you could need. Even wanted to come back after a few days already but unfortunately it was booked already. Definitely worth to stay multiple times!
이 숙소 정말 적극적으로 추천합니다. 일단 숙소 인테리어가 미쳤어요.. 대문열고 들어가자마자 친구들과 감탄.. 집 안으로 들어가서 감탄.. 화장실보고 감탄... 청결도 보고 감탄.. 진짜 감탄해서 소리질렀습니다. 가격도 집 퀄리티에 비하면 비싸지도 않아요. 화장실이 제 방보다 큽니다. 인테리어가 진짜로 최고예요. 또 바다로 가는데 10분정도? 가까워요. 위치가 아주 좋아요. 숙소 수영장은 깊어서 수영할맛 납니다. 다시 발리에 간다면 진짜로 다시 방문합니다ㅋㅋ진짜로. 호스트도 친절하고 답장도 빨라요. 주위에 맛집, 마사지도 추천해주십니다. 에어콘도 빵빵해서 안더워요. 다만 샤워기 필터만 챙겨가세요. 발리에 해바리기 필터쓰는곳이 많은데 여기는 샤워기로 가능해요! 정수기도 있어요 ㅠㅠ 감동. 호스트가 올린 사진 말고 제가 찍은 사진을 업로드 하고 싶은 마음이에요. 더 근사하고 포근한 집이에요. 고민하지마세요! 청결하고 포근하고 예쁘고 위치좋은 숙소 찾으신가면 이곳입니다. 저를 믿으세요 👍
Best Airbnb experience ever!! The location is stunning, private, pristine and walkable to everything. Our host was so friendly and accommodating. She made certain we were well taken care of and provided many recommendations that made it easy to explore the area. The daily maid services were amazing and we even had our laundry done before leaving. I would highly recommend staying here and plan to return.

This neighbourhood has countless ways to relax, from beachfront massages to facial and nail rituals all within walking distance.
