Just 5 min bike drive to Turia park, Palau de Musica, Opera House. Plus, a mere 10-minute drive to Arts and Sciences City and the center of Valencia. ★ The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 5 story building, easy access, no stairs to drag your luggage (Bicycle station Valenbisi 3min away). Private entrance. ★ The bedroom has a spacious closet, central AC/Heating, 42" LED Smart TV with Netfilx/Online streaming. ★ The shared spacious living room has a sofa bed, central AC/Heating, 55" LED TV. ★ The shared kitchen have all necessary cooking utensils, flatware, plates, pots, pans, and storage space. ★The shared bathroom is fully equipped, we provide towels, hair dryer and shampoo/soap.

Very modern and clean, good value and Elizabeth is super responsive and helpful. My only caveats are the bedrooms don’t have windows and they are close together so if you’re not sharing with a friend your neighbours are very close.

The Algiros neighbourhood is very safe and quiet, but close to the center of Valencia and Valencia University, Arts and Sciences City, Turia Park, Opera house, Universidad Politecnica etc. It's surrounded by parks, supermarkets, great variety of cafes and restaurants.
Well connected area - 3min from the bus stop, 5min - Metro station, 2 blocks - Valenbisi.
A 3-min walk to Mercadona, fruit market, gym, bars, cafes and restaurants.
From Valencia Airport to the apartment, it takes about 40 minutes via metro. Direct access. Metro 5 to "Amistat-Casa de Salut".
Buses run 24 hours and are very reliable. Make sure you download the EMT app for the bus schedule.
Valenbisi is a bike rental service throughout the city. It is very affordable and convenient. 5min walk from the apartment there is a station.
Taxis and Cabify are good but not too frequent during late nights unless is summer time.
