This apartment has recently been refurnished on a grand scale and awaits you with a fresh and modern design. Start your day with a NESPRESSO® coffee and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this apartment. The apartment has a comfortable queen-size bed (1.40m x 2.00m) with a new EMMA® mattress, a large smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and RTL+ as well as countless HD channels. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and everything you need. On the balcony you have the opportunity to start the day with a delicious breakfast or end the evening relaxing with a glass of wine. A separate workstation allows you to also carry out business activities. The modern and bright bathroom is equipped with a shower. You also have a make-up mirror and a ghd® hairdryer at your disposal. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all important things such as shower gel and shampoo for you. There is a free parking space available for our guests in the underground car park, from which you can easily reach the apartment on the 3rd floor using an elevator. The location is very central and can serve as a starting point for many excursion destinations: You can reach Dresden city center in 15 minutes by car. There is also a stop (2 trams & 3 bus lines) within walking distance of about 200m with a direct connection without changing: + to the city center (20 min) + the trendy Neustadt district (25 min) + to the main train station (17 min) + to the Blue Wonder (14 min) + to the stadium (13min) + to the zoo (11 min) + to the S-Bahn station (5 minutes) for trips to Saxon Switzerland The Dresden trade fair and the Rinne concert site can also be easily reached in around 30 minutes with just one change. Wir waren 4 Tage in Dresden in der Wohnung von Robert. Konnten hier von einem anstrengenden Wandertag immer sehr gut zur Ruhe kommen. Schön war, dass direkt Netflix und Disney vorhanden waren, somit konnte man auch einen Filmabend machen bei Wein. Ebenso ist ein ruhiges Frühstück auf dem Balkon möglich gewesen, was wir natürlich auch gemacht haben.
Sehr saubere und gemütliche Wohnung, in einem ruhigen Ortsteil von Dresden. In die Innenstadt, gelangt man problemlos mit Bus oder Bahn in ca. 30 Minuten. Die Kommunikation mit Robert, war äußerst schnell, entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Werden sehr gerne mal wiederkommen. War richtig toll. Danke
Meine Partnerin und ich waren knapp eine Woche in der Wohnung und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Ausstattung ist gut und platztechnisch wurde alles sinnvoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Uns ist aufgefallen, dass es Nachts immer recht warm in der Wohnung war (trotz Heizung aus) aber vielleicht liegt das an anderen Mietern die die Heizung voll aufgedrehen? Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist natürlich richtig super, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, aber mit Fenster offen schlafen ist dadurch etwas schwierig (Ein-/Ausfahrt gleich neben dem Balkon) für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und eine gute Auswahl an Supermärkten ist zu Fuß innerhalb von ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind innerhalb von ca. 5-7 min zu erreichen und fahren im Minutentakt Richtung Innenstadt (Fahrzeit aber ca. 30 Minuten) und zurück. Die Beschreibungen und Informationen von Robert sowie die Kommunikation mit ihm hat jederzeit extrem gut funktioniert. Eine Empfehlung wert!
Wir haben uns in eurer schön eingerichteten und sauberen Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt!
Sehr moderne und saubere Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Straßenbahn in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Sehr praktisch war die Tiefgarage. Gute Lage für Wanderausflüge in die sächsische Schweiz. Ich war rundum zufrieden.
