Kamari located in Mylopotamos village one of the most traditional villages in Kythera island.The house is near the main square of the village(200m) inside a small road called “sokakia” in Greece(25m away from mr).Kamari was built before centuries & renovated and furnished recently with antique-traditional art to offer all comforts to its guests and a perfect base for discovering Kythera island. Kamari Traditional guest house consists of 3 separate double/two room apartments (2-5 persons) and 1 studio (2persons). So if you are a group of friends – families etc. it is also possible to rent another studio -apartment . Don't hesitate to contact us for more details. •All studio & apartments have fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms with shower . •A full cleaning is offered 2 times a week. More frequent cleaning service is available on demand at reasonable cost.

The place was very clean, bigger than we thought, with a great balcony in a quite spot. The hostess treated us with local products ! Great hospitality, amazing value for money. Would recommend it

Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία!Η κυρία Ματινα ήταν φιλόξενη και πρόθυμη να μας μας εξυπηρετήσει. Το σπίτι είναι ιδανικό να φιλοξενήσει έως τρία άτομα. Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι δεν είχε WiFi κάτι που είναι απαραίτητο λόγω έλλειψης σήματος στο νησί.

Ωραίο σπίτι σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία για να γυρίσεις το νησί.Η Μαρία άμεση στις απαντήσεις της και φιλόξενη.Το νησί αξίζει να το επισκεφτείτε!

Äldre hus i Mylopotamos. Skön säng, bra badrum med dusch. Möjlighet för enklare matlagning. Terass med uteplats. I byn finns taverna samt butiker med lokalproducerade varor. Det finns dock ingen minimarket eller bageri. Vandringsled till kvarn och vattenfall, krävs stadiga ben samt bra skor. Bra badmöjligheter finns inom köravstånd, några har dock riktigt branta nedfarter så kolla med värden innan om tips Bil krävs för detta boende

Mylopotamos village is located in the center of Kythera island and a perfect base for discovering the island's many splendors. It is famous for watermills that creates fresh water pools and “Fonissa” or “Neraida” waterfall. You also can visit “Kato Hora” venetian castle and “St Sofia” cave. You can swim either in “Limnionas” fishing village (7 km from Mylopotamos) and walk to “Green Lagoon” or you can climb down to “Kalami” beach (5km) . In village square, you can sit under the centennial sycamore trees and enjoy you coffee, food or drink in Kythera’s best traditional restaurants and coffee shops. There is a small shop in the village where you can find necessaries as well as several boutiques, where you can find jewelry, local art, and summer fashions.

Kythera is a relatively large island, you'll need to rent a car or moto (unfortunately there is no public transportation).The Guest House lokated inside a small road called sokaki in Greek with no access for cars (40m from the main road)
