Our presidential suite features a 3,000 sq ft terrace that overlooks the ocean, truly a one of a kind rental here in Nassau! It features a newly renovated and open concept kitchen, a beautiful dining and living room area and a stunning balcony with views of the ocean. The unit features 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite. All SmartTVs are equipped with streaming services for you to enjoy during your stay. We also have a pull-out sofa that converts into a queen bed, sleeping an additional 2 guests. 2 single cots are also available, allowing you to sleep up to 10 people total.

We stayed in Sarah’s beautiful penthouse suite for 3 nights and had the best time! The unit is beautiful and stocked with all amenities you’d ever need. Winnie greeted us upon arrival and was so friendly and helpful. Sarah was very responsive the entire time. The condo was clean and well decorated. There are many surrounding restaurants, activities and nightlife to enjoy. We had our own private beach to relax on without dealing with too much traffic. There are readily available taxi’s downstairs for getting around. The unit looked exactly like it did in the photos. I would definitely return and definitely recommend!
Truly, an unbelievable condominium in the most beautiful, pristine location, next-door, the Bajamar resort the actual unit is stunning recently remodeled. Everything is new the service and amenities they provided were outstanding. Can’t speak anymore highly of it. The service personnel, who were there to attend to us were great and friendly, and the fridge being stocked with drinks was a added bonus.
Wonderfully appointed condo with all the amenities you would ever need. Thoughtful platter of cheese and fruit upon our check in . Unlimited beverages in stocked refer. Quiet beach and beautiful water. The pool was lovely although I didn’t use it. The condo was very clean and the host very helpful. We would highly recommend staying here. Walkable on beach to Baha Mar for those who like gambling but restaurants in there were great.
My family & I booked this penthouse and didn’t want to leave! We were welcomed by Winnie who showed us around the property and was available for daily cleaning (if need be) at no extra charge. The beautifully furnished unit was fully stocked with water, liquor, beer, sodas, snacks, beach towels and a huge charcuterie board. Oh, and two ice machines which came in very handy. The kitchen and living / dining room are combined with a small balcony to barbecue. There is then a separate living room that leads out to the massive balcony overlooking the beautiful beach and ocean. Baha mar is only minutes away walking, so it was fun to easily walk over and enjoy the casino, restaurants & bars, etc. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you.

You can either walk along the beach to access Baha Mar in just 30 seconds or you can opt for the beautiful scenic lit up path walk to Baha Mar which takes about 3 minutes!
