The place needs maintenance, a bit of repairs and renovations, some new furniture but its spacious and in a great location

Not worth it and honestly for the same amount of money (or less) you can find a better, cleaner, more private, cigarette stench free, roach free, better ventilated place with superior views, elsewhere. We were thoroughly dissatisfied with the unit and we cancelled our reservation after spending one night.
Game was very friendly to us and the unit was clean and tidy and comfortable.
