Great spot to stay quick easy clean
We greatly enjoye our stay at David's place! The studio was a great deal for the price, with everything we needed for a few night's stay (fridge, private bathroom, etc.) We loved the location - in walking distance to St. Catherine street, McGill, and generally downtown Montreal. Great connectivity with the metro as well. David was very communicative leading up to and during our trip. Would recommend if you are looking for an affordable, clean spot to stay in Montreal!
Great place to discover Montreal
we loved our stay and it was wonderful for the price! please be mindful that it is a very small quaint place. the bed is a murphy bed, so it is a bit uncomfortable. the shower pressure is not the best. but it is a very clean place, and provides dishes, internet, comfortable bedding. and an adjustable thermostat. the metro is a 60 second walk away, and the apartment is across the street from the pharmacy which provides all your essentials. i would recommend it!

Our neighborhood benefits from convenient access to public transportation, with two Montreal Metro Green line stations nearby: Guy-Concordia station to the east and Atwater station to the west. Additionally, Georges Vanier station on the Orange line is situated just south of Shaughnessy Village in the neighboring area of Little Burgundy. A plethora of bus lines, many terminating at Atwater Station, serve the area and connect it to Westmount, Cote-des-Neiges, and other parts of the urban core. For cyclists, the Claire-Morissette bike path along De Maisonneuve Boulevard runs through the heart of the neighborhood, complemented by accessible Bixi stations throughout.
