Great host, very responsive.
We came by boat which was perfect with plenty of dock to tie up. Even though we came by boat, we had groceries delivered and it was perfect. The place was as nice as described and very clean. The welcome packet that was sent as well as displayed at the property answered all questions but if you had anything to ask; Jordan responded and was very pleasant!

We loved every second of our stay.
This place was absolutely beautiful! When we arrived it was very clean, and very well taken care of. The outdoor patio, pool/spa and outdoor kitchen are stunning, especially being right on the intracoastal! The master bed was so comfortable! The dryer wasn’t working properly and the jets in the spa weren’t either when we first arrived, but I reached out to Jordan, and he had a maintenance guy at the house within a few hours! Jordan is a super kind and responsive host. There is a binder with information about the house and recommendations of things to do around the area. The place is within walking distance of a playground, about 15 min drive to the beach, and about 20 minute drive to Hollywood Broadwalk. We had an excellent stay, and we will definitely be booking with Jordan in the future!!
