The villa is situated very close to the beach, yet the area is tranquil. Very clean and cozy home. Great place for a family vacation! My family and our friends had a great time at the villa and the beach, and for sure we will come back again! Nic is a great host. If you need anything, he will help you to find it.

Location is excellent. Very close to the local beach, Fanari and Xanthi. House is small but welcoming. Nick offered and he took us on a tour of the neighborhood and gave us good tips on locations, beaches, places to eat. There are a couple of similar houses next by and Bulgarians were quite noisy, but the Greeks were friendly and communicative so it kind of compensated. Overall a great vacation and NIck a great host
