The flat is clean and spacious, with all listed amenities plus some others not included in the listing (bathtub, washer/drier). The neighborhood itself doesn’t have much to offer, but it is a quick walk to the U-Bahn station. The building is a bit run down, and the elevator was broken the whole week that we stayed (a little challenging going up and down to the fifth floor with two small children).
We had a great stay. Owner was responsive and space was as advertised. Great views and natural light. Very clean. Would definitely recommend a stay here!
Such a cozy place! We had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Clean, lovely, spacious apartment, convenient public transportation connection. Worth the price, highly recommend! 😊
Die Unterkunft war sauber und schön und die Innenstadt über die U-Bahnlinie 1 gut zu erreichen. Es gab aber zwei Punkte, die uns gestört haben: Zum einen waren entgegen der Beschreibung die Schlafzimmer nicht abzudunkeln. Das mag im Winter kein Problem sein, aber da es schon um ca. 5.30 Uhr hell wurde, wurden wir ebenso früh wach. Wir haben uns dann Schlafmasken gekauft, aber wirklich ausschlafen konnten wir auch damit nicht. Ausserdem war die Wohnung trotz abgestellter Heizung sehr warm. Wir waren Ende März da, wir haben oft gelüftet, damit ging es gut. Ich kann mir aber vorstellen, dass es im Sommer sehr warm wird. Für die kalten und dunklen Monate können wir die Unterkunft aber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Und wer gerne früh aufsteht oder auch bei Helligkeit gut schlafen kann, wird auch zufrieden dort sein.

Vienna International Airport - is 21 kilometers away, and it’s best to reach it by car in 23 minutes, alternatively, you can reach it through the U1 line to Praterstern and then with the REX 7 bus from there on.
