Muchas gracias a Dennis, estuvimos muy cómodos con nuestra familia, todo fue muy ágil, es a 15 min de universal studio y tiene cerca muchas tiendas, lugar tranquilo
This is my second time staying at one of Dennis's properties. This would be my least favorite because of the uncleanliness when we arrived. We had a few other mishaps that I expressed to Dennis while there. He was very responsive and accommodating. Due to the fact I've stayed at one of his other properties before, I would select his properties again. My family still enjoyed themselves. More attention needs to be focused on the lower level and 2nd level when it comes to maintenance. It is my belief that Dennis will work on the things I've shared with him. The bedrooms and space were perfect for a family of 7!
I booked with Dennis the day of, for a quick family getaway. He was responsive, and the process was simple and seamless. Townhouse was perfect for our dog friendly needs, great location that was close to Universal, and the gated community was nice and felt safe. Would definitely book with him again if we are in the area.
Tive um problema com o check-in, fiquei 1 hora e 45 minutos para fora por conta da senha da fechadura eletrônica. Meu objetivo era deixar as malas que estavam no meu carro as 16 horas na casa e poder aproveitar para passear pela cidade, entretanto, estando na frente da casa as 16 horas, me forneceram uma senha que abria a residência. Conferimos as informações sobre a residência e a fechadura e estávamos no local correto. Durante 1 hora e 45 minutos ficamos em contato com o Dennis para obter uma nova senha e somente após 8 senhas tentadas, obtivemos uma senha correta para abrir a residência. De certa forma não ter um contato direto com o proprietário, ser sempre via o Dennis, aumentou esse tempo de espera e a nossa insatisfação com a hospedagem no primeiro dia. Eram diversas perguntas com um tempo longo de resposta e as muitas vezes respostas vazias.
