Kitchen is brand new with stainless appliances, coffee/tea/cocoa bar, crock pot, air fryer, toaster oven, and eat-in bar. Equipped with just about anything you'd need to prepare a meal. Half bath and laundry on the main floor. Large capacity washer and dryer for guest use. Upstairs: Sitting area with chair to study and enjoy the view. Bedroom 1 has a full size and queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and a workstation with TV. Bedroom 3 is setup for kids but will be comfy for grown ups too. Swim at your own risk. The pond was expanded and drained in 2023 and hasn't fully filled back up yet. We should be able to stock it for fishing in 2024. Trails and fields for hiking with Mud River access. The river isn't always deep enough to be navigable in kayak but when it is you can paddle for miles each direction. We have 150 acres +- for your to hike and enjoy at your own discretion. For insurance reasons, no gasoline powered vehicles are allowed off-road on the property.
