Great place with lovely spa facilities. Only thing that could have made it better was if a beach towel was provided for using in the spa upstairs.

Perfect stay From the time of booking, James's communication was excellent & informative. When confirming, he informed us of the requirement to purchase electronic key cards on arrival from Security to gain access to the common parts of the building & also the Spa facilities on the 8th floor. I messaged James before my arrival with my flight details & arrival time (9:50am). We met at the apartment at 11:00 am so that we could leave our luggage there prior to the cleaner's arrival (this saved us having to carry it around until 3:00pm) - thank you James. James arranged to text us after the cleaners had left & the apartment was ready for occupation. We then returned & began the start of our stay. The apartment was ideal for either single occupancy or a couple. It was within easy walking distance of the airport, the Marina, local shops & restaurants. The accommodation was segregated & all consumables including towels, soap & shampoo were supplied. Faultless service James.

James was an absolute amazing host. From the very beginning he responded quickly and to every query and provided valuable info on places to visit and dine. James was on hand when we first arrived personally meeting us and ensuring we had everything for our stay. Location of apartment is spot on for a short visit. No more than 8 min walk from airport and rear of property looks out over airport and football pitch. No major noise experienced from airport if anything added to the stay watching people walking across runway! Apartment is perfect for anything on Marina ( many places to eat) and the Sunborn Liner is just 2 min walk. The main square and shopping (Main Street) is within 5 min walk. The apartment is well kept. Good size for solo or 2 people and is well equipped. There is a £15 pp charge for access and spa. It was disappointing the roof top pool was out of action (maintenance) but the Spa facilities were great after a day climbing The Rock! Fantastic place defo stay again!

Booked this on Christmas Day purely by luck and James even had time to reply on Christmas afternoon. The apartment was easy to reach from the airport, I was greeted by James who was friendly, helpful and courteous and was able to answer all of our questions. James was very helpful in waiting for us when we couldn't land in Gibraltar due to bad weather and we had a 4 hour diversion via Malaga. Apartment was brilliant, perfect size for 2 for a few nights and the runway view was brilliant. To the other side was Moorish Castle and the rock. A great selection of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk in Casemates Square, the cable car station is 20 minutes and the old town 10 minutes. 100% would stay again in James' apartments and I have this link bookmarked and will look to book with him again for the next trip to Gibraltar.

The location is great and very convenient. James has always been helpful and very accommodating. We really had a nice stay!
