Patrick truly deserves the moniker Superhost. He provided very clear instructions for finding the property and checking in, and also goes to extra effort to make guests feel welcome. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this stay.
This is a real find- it’s cheap and clean, with a fab coffee machine - and yet very conveniently located within the heart of Cambridge. Patrick is such a helpful host- he lent me a bicycle so I could whizz in and out of town even more easily and even took the time to show me the way. Bedroom was sunny and clean. Great host.

This is the best Airbnb I have ever been to. Very very clean. Beautiful gardens and right next to the river. In the morning i went to see to Cambridge rowing team practicing which was less than a minute away. Beautiful walk into town … fantastic. Patrick gave me lots of useful advice in the best places to visit and was very helpful. Absolute bargain will definitely come here every time i am in Cambridge.
