We stayed for 13 days. The beds were very comfortable. If we didn't have the 2 sinks and countertop space..it would have been very hard to do dishes, cook ect. but it made it doable with the large countertop space. We enjoyed eating in the screened in porch and it gave us a place to leave our shoes and cooler ect. The shower was a large very nice tiled walk in shower with bench seating...(not shown on pictures). We had a problem with the TV the 1st night and our host tried really hard to resolve it and had it fixed the very next day!! The location was further than we anticipated since we like to go to Holmes Beach(Anna Maria Island area) but that was our fault for not checking the distance better. We did find some nice beaches close by and also found lots of shark teeth at the local beaches in Englewood.

My wife and I absolutely loved Irina's beautiful guest apartment. Super clean and spacious and nicely decorated. Highly recommend place to stay when in the Englewood area.

Irina was warm, kind and welcoming. I felt right at home, her cozy little place is clean, comfortable and decorated so cute. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to find right off the main road. Thank you for such a delightful experience during my vacation!

We stayed for a wedding and really enjoyed our time. The guest room is attached to the porch/sun-room and has a lock + key for entry. The place is 15minute drive to Englewood beach and 30min south from the less populated beaches. There is not a proper kitchen but Irina has provided some basic cooking appliances if you choose to cook basic meals. Very sweet woman, very reasonably priced, great stay.
