House is very spacious and location is perfect! However it needs a lot of updating / the house had a very strong smell ( had to turn on all the fans and buy a plug-in) bathroom showers are stained and looks like if they were dirty. Also found a few roaches in the kitchen. Front yard needs maintenance, full of spiderwebs even the kids named several spiders and said it looked creepy. The pool was not cleaned and we had to clean it so the kiddos could get in. Not something that we wanted to be doing on a very busy soccer tournament weekend.

Only problem we had with our stay was that the pool was cold and not all the way full so that the filter could work properly. May have been to early in year. And I now know I need to look for listing that say heated pool. But as it was no adults got into the pool and the little kids came out shivering with blue lips.

We had a good stay with our family. The house is clean, has all the listed amenities, and has a rustic feel.

Tien was very friendly and accommodating with our schedule. She has a lovely home with space for a gathering with family or friends.
