This condo was perfect! Just as described in the listing. Very well maintained. Master bedroom bed was amazingly comfortable! The condo had everything you may need, plenty of towels, even beach towels! Access to the beach was right by the pools, super convenient. Carla was super responsive and upfront. Front desk was super friendly and made check in/out easy and pleasant. We would love to stay again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at It’s always sunny @The Summerhouse.” The location was great, the beach was amazing, the beach attendant was very nice and accommodating. The only inconvenience we had during the stay was the dryer was super slow at drying. We reached out to Carla and she was quick to respond. Again, we enjoyed our visit and will plan to stay again in a future beach trip!

I would stay here again. Perfect location on the quiet side of PCB. Right on the ocean, with a great pool/hot tub. Cant go wrong with this place.

Stayed here for my daughter’s birthday! It was an incredible place and very kid friendly! Carla was great!

I stayed here with a friend and our kids ages 2,4 and 6. This place is definitely away from the crowds and was perfect for what we were looking for. The place was beautiful and clean, but the best part was the direct access to the beach and pools. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
