Freshly rebuilt, large:60sqm deluxe apartment with elegant decor designed for your exclusive Budapest stay! The flat comfortably fits 4+2 and is centrally located in a pedestrian area in an over 100yrs old historic palace. It is at the gate of the City, a few steps from Kálvin square (airport bus, metro, tram etc.) It is close enough to all key tourist attractions and nightlife but without crowd. Fast WIFI+NETFLIX. 0-24 onsite garage parking can be booked for extra fee, subject to availability. The apartment consists of a large main bedroom with a comfortable full size double bed, and also a convertible sofa for a nice evening chat / or bedding for an additional two friends or kids. The living room / kitchen is in fact a large additional multifunctional area: a dining table for 6 perfect for a meal as dining area and a full kitchen designed and equipped with all the needed things for your stay. In the living room section you find an other convertible sofa as alternative bedding for 2 person. A freshly decorated bathroom with shower and a separate, comfortable toilet is at your group's disposal. In this apartment you have three bedding options (up to 6 person): a traditional full size double bed (160x200 cm) and two convertible sofas (140x200cm). You can decide which to prepare for your stay. The flat is accessible directly from the yard with a few steps to reach the elevated floor interior corridor. Foy your enhanced safety and security, we provide 24/7 video surveillance on the main entrance of the building at the common use area. We do not monitor, record or check the private use of your rented apartment at any time.

The apartment is situated in an over 100-year-old, beautiful Budapest palace style building, in the neighbourhood called the Palace Quartier (central part of the 8th district/100m walk from 5th district), on a walking distance (5-7 minutes) to landmarks like Váci utca (main shopping street), the Nagycsarnok (Central Market Hall), National Museum, Synagogue or the Danube bank. The street is part of the Ráday street / Mikszáth square / Kálvin square pedestrian area, perfect for dining al fresco or having a drink after strolling the city.
The apartment is located in a residential building where many other neighbours live and have a day time life. If the main reason you come to Budapest is to go out and party (in the flat), I suggest you find another property.
Public transport is available in a few steps: metro lines and direct Airport bus (100E) are in 50 meters.
Most of the tourist landmarks are reachable on foot. Public transport stops just around: Bus 9 (day) and 909 (night). You can access Kalvin Square transportation junction in 2 minutes (metro lines 3 and 4, trams 47, 48 and 49 and lots of buses). Airport bus (100E) is under 50m meters the cheapest way to reach the airport! Even BUD airport recently opened a city check in and drop off hall (for some airlines, more coming soon). Street parking is possible for a fee in the neighbouring streets (if you are lucky to find a free place in the Center and ready to get up early to pay at the meter), but we can arrange you a private garage just in front of your flat.

The apartment is located 30 meters from Kalvin Square, right in the neighbourhood called the Palace Quarter on a nice pedestrian street. It is a lively (yet quiet), still pretty local, area full of universities and colleges, small cafés and hype shops. It lies between the tourist landmarks (in 5-7 minutes on foot you can reach Váci street, the Danube, the Great Market Hall, the Great Synagogue, Gellert etc) and the busy nightlife district (also 10 minutes on foot). The area is full of pedestrian streets and squares perfect for dining al fresco or having a drink after strolling the city in a hassle free environment and at local prices.
