This lovely 3 bedroom apartment sleeps 8 guests comfortably. A gorgeous fully equipped modern kitchen, open plan living space and two luxury bathrooms complete with waterfall showers are some of the stand out features. The high-end furniture has been carefully selected with your comfort in mind and you will have exclusive access to a courtyard garden area. A short walk away from Old Market and a 10 minute walk to Temple Meads station and Cabot Circus. This newly built property has been developed into 6 lovely apartments. Each apartment has been creatively designed, including a fully equipped kitchen, high end bathrooms and comfortable living areas. Apartment 1 has an open plan kitchen and living area with an 8 seater dining table and a large comfortable sofa which opens out to a double sofa bed and access to a private garden via French doors. The master bedroom has a super king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. It has gorgeous hand painted built in wardrobes and a dressing table/desk. Bedroom two has a comfortable king size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. We provide bedding, towels, a tea towel and bath mat for your stay. Tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets and cleaning supplies are included.

Brilliant place
Very helpful staff. We had a problem with the door which was solved within a few hours with regular updates. Very nice apartment throughly recommend.
This is a beautiful flat in a convenient location. I went here for a weekend away with 6 of my close friends. We were blown away at the cleanliness and comfiness of the place. It’s incredibly well decorated and cosy. The beds are super comfortable too. If anything the photos do not do this place justice! We knew it would be nice but it far exceeded our expectations. We loved sitting out in the large patio in the sunshine which was a bonus we weren’t expecting. Additionally it’s very well stocked with a range of amenities and we had plenty of towels and bedding for 7 people. Would definitely recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay. There were super comfy beds and we enjoyed hanging out in the living/kitchen space. Everything was of a really high spec. The host responded quickly to questions and allowed for a later check out

-Mokoko is a highly recommended independent coffee shop & bakery, only a short walk from the property.
-Veeno is an authentic italian wine bar and was born out of a passion for wine and food pairing, with views over the River Avon
-Bakehouse serves up the most delicious coffees, breakfast rolls, sandwiches, toasties, and award-winning cakes.
-To The Moon Cocktail bar: Cosy venue/bar off the beaten track in Old Market with regular open decks, gigs, arts events and cocktails.
-Chido Wey: Restaurant serving carefully sourced Mexican food & cocktails in a bright, artful setting.
-Grano: Serving authentic Italian food at reasonable prices. Great service and great atmosphere, right in the heart of buzzing Old Market.
-Little Martha Brewing: ‘We’re a brewpub based in St Philips, Bristol, brewing and serving our own range of beers in our cosy railway arch pub.’
