I really enjoyed stay at Andres’ place. It looks exactly like it does in the photos. I was a little nervous since there weren’t many reviews yet, but it turned out great. Its location is perfect if you want to be in Poblado, but you still want to be on a quiet street. Only a couple minutes to coffee shops and restaurants. The building has 24hr security and it’s right next to one of the nicest hotels in Medellin. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the city.

We spent 45 nights in Andres apartment. It was like a home away from home. It's spacious and comfortable with everything you need to live comfortably. The location is also fantastic and within 5 minutes of some of the best restaurants in El Poblado - and close enough to the busier side near Park Lleras. It's also close to groceries and the metro, so you will always be able to get what you need without too much effort. Andres is an excellent host. I've . He is friendly and communicates well - in English too. The building staff are super friendly and even made quick friends with our pooch - proving that it's a pet-friendly building. I need to mention that there were a few new construction buildings in process within eye and ear-shot. Closing the doors minimizes it, and it stopped by 6:00 PM each night. Otherwise, Andres apartment is great for a long-term stay. I hope it's available on my next trip to Medellin.
