My partner and I stayed in this apartment for 2 months. It was bright, clean, well equipped, and the managers were responsive whenever we had an issue (e.g., microwave stopped working). The location is good with ample parking in the lot behind the building and within walking distance to restaurants and the beach (20 mins) and easy access to the highway. There are stores, a bakery and some restaurants in the immediate vicinity. There is a communal laundry machine for use by the 4 units in the building. We had everything we needed in this home away from home and I enjoyed using the rooftop terrace. The only things I’d suggest improving are adding mosquito netting on the windows as there were quite a few, even in winter, and fixing the kitchen extraction fan which was loud when we cooked. Overall it was a great stay and I’d recommend this place to others.
