The view at the 25th storey overlooking the Singapore-Malaysia Straits was definitely refreshing and breath-taking. Price was positioned comparatively cheaper than units around the estate but I realised why. This is because the apartment is in need of some deep cleaning. Windows are caked in dust, stains were evident in bathroom sinks and a cockroach was found in the bedroom. Sorry but I won't be staying here anytime soon.

The place was good with nice view, but as it was a condo, going in and out was abit of a hassle unless everyone goes in and out at the same time. Swimming pool pump broke during our visit so didn't get to swim at all. The beach was alright, can't go in. Food options were not really outstanding. Syed Ali 24hrs is a huge bonus but abit oily if you eat daily. Location was very convenient, less than 10mins to checkpoint by drive. Level 25 lovell condominium. Exterior not fantastic cos Johor condos usually don't really get maintained that well but the unit itself was quite good. For the price, I thought it was okay. Games room and all that doesn't seem to have working Aircon. Unfortunate because I can see that it used to be a nice looking, a lot of facilities kinda condo.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was impressively large, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind. The amenities around were fantastic, with great food options and a convenient provision shop just a stone's throw away. What really stood out to us was how impeccably clean everything was. It's clear that the host takes great care to ensure guests have a comfortable and hygienic stay. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a spacious and convenient retreat.
