Pros: big, equipped, functional, secured and safe apartment. All shops/services around the building Cons: The apartment wasn’t clean upon Check-In and it was full of dust and bathrooms weren’t clean. And when asked the owner he mentioned the building guard is the cleaner. Therefore, it was not cleaned properly and not taken care of. -The owner promised to have the apartment cleaned by his housekeeper through the period once every week as we stayed 3 week and it was not cleaned upon check in and only we got the cleaning lady twice and first time was a deep clean and it was excellent but second time he sent her for 1 hour only which was not enough for such a big apartment and the third week didn’t send her as promised neither a replacement. - big mosquitoes and Cockroaches problem. - Shahid not installed. - Parking is narrow and high on hill not easy for some cars/drivers. - A problem with sewage in the street in front the building. - Parking is not cleaning and dusty on the driveway

The host keep checking on us before arrival which a great point. He waited for us until 4am to arrive. the host is very helpful and accommodating and very responsive in every inquiry. He is polite. The apartment is clean, and spacious, more than my expectations. Location is accessible to everything like restaurant, laundry, pharmacy etc. I highly recommend the host and kids enjoy staying in this place. I will definitely return to this place again, In Shaa Allah JazakAllah Khair brother Abdurahman for accommodating us.
