I have given the place 5 stars because I think it deserves it for the price I paid. Really good host. Place is really well located and has nice facilities. I do have a bit of feedback that the host improves that is the coding door system is very complicated for short stays and number of doors. Something future guests should be aware of is there no portería and if you want to use the laundry service they person doing into has to entry your apartment to do this which is a bit of a nuisance to privacy but I think the host will work on these things and think it’s by far the best Airbnb in Bucaramanga.

The Terrace was one of the best Airbnb's I've rented. The outside patio area with views was my favorite part. As well as a jacuzzi. I had everything I needed in the kitchen to cook, which was huge for me because I like to cook. Overall, I had an amazing time, and Juan the host did an excellent job to make sure i had everything I needed. He also responded very quickly to resolve any matters that came up like the front door code not working. He came up within a few minutes and boom new code and we got in. I would definitely recommend this place and I would stay here again!
