I liked this hotel but I would recommend booking through their app/website rather than Airbnb. Customer service was less than helpful for an Airbnb user. I talked to 2 different customer service reps who gave me different information. I ended up needing to download the sonder app to manage my reservation anyway. Apartment was great and matched the descriptions online, but the neighborhood is rough. Another guest got their car broken into while we were there. The day before our reservation I asked a customer service rep where I should park (since there is not parking on site). He sent me to an address that he said was "right behind the hotel" but it was actually 10 blocks away. We'd gone there a paid for parking first before we realized and had to walk with our luggage to check in. We were frustrated at the time, but maybe he sent us so far because he knew that lot was safe? Who knows.

Very poor stay got trapped in the elevator for over 20 minutes. Also rooms are super tight seem like closets. Located in a sketchy area as well super dark at night time have to be careful pass a certain time really wouldn’t recommend for the price they’re charging. Also messaged them about parking while i was there and got 0 response back. Stuck in the elevator for over 20 minutes and the only way out was by me, pushing my bag through the door and one of the doorman grabbing the other side to pry the door open if I didn’t have such a strong bag, no telling how long I would’ve been stuck in there, no mechanic or anybody came to see help open nor was the emergency buttons working in there. Overall would not recommend better option in LA

Great location for downtown LA. Building felt secure and accommodations were clean and comfortable and spacious.
