Looking for a nice place to rest and chill out? Come stay in this lovely 5-bedroom and 2-bathroom home accommodating up to 14 guests. Our place is convenient to the best of Montgomery! It boasts its living room with a comfy sofa bed that you can use as extra sleeping space. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals during your stay. Our house has free Wifi and a SmartTV for your entertainment! Outside is a spacious backyard - perfect for lounging with your loved ones. Pets are al Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, the first bedroom is on the right side. Walk straight from the main door to reach the living room with a decorative fireplace. Beside the fireplace, there is a door going to our spacious backyard. On the right of the living room, you will see a dining room, laundry room, and kitchen. The kitchen has an access door going to the first bedroom. On the left side of the main entrance is a hallway leading to the bathrooms and four other bedrooms. Outside the house, you will see outdoor furniture, a charcoal grill, and a driveway that can fit up to 5 cars.

I rented the home for our stay in Montgomery. Main reason I went with this listing is because we had a pet traveling with us and stuck in a tiny hotel room would be aggravating. The location was perfect, quite neighborhood. The home is an older home and really needs to be updated. It could have used more cleaning as well ( kitchen, appliances). Inside of the home looks much better in the pictures. If your looking for a place to just basically lay your head and not entertain, this works good. It has plenty of sleeping space and clean beds. There was plenty of towels. The back yard was good to let our dog run around. All the appliances worked. I would stay again if the home receives an update to look as good as the pictures.
Great place for the price! Very close to grocery store and not too far from downtown.
The house itself is older so its an old kitchen & bathroom. The front room which is a living room was turned into a bedroom with 2 beds. Its hard for someoneto go to sleep well if someone is still up watching tv in back room or in the kitchen. The dining table is very small for the amount of people it occupies, so you cant play games or eat The closets walls were dirty, the bathroom sink was dusty, overall it was clean and if older houses don't bother you and you need the space to just sleep it is good.
Rachel was very easy to work with! In a last minute crunch time need, she came through with this house that slept our girls comfortably. The location was great.. close to restaurants, stores, coffee, etc. Near ASU. The neighborhood was nice and not run down. It had a great size backyard. Thanks again for accommodating us and the quick responses!
We needed extra space for family for the holidays and Rachel’s place was large enough to accommodate our needs. Our children thoroughly enjoyed being able to run and play in the fenced yard. I would definitely book again.

Our house is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to major highways and interstates. We are just a few minutes from groceries and shops and only a 10-minute drive to Baptist Medical Center South!
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
