We rented both units for our family. We were in Durham for a family wedding. Both units were immaculate and well equipped. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely kitchen.,The beds were very comfortable. It was an easy walk to downtown and restaurants and perfect for us since several of the wedding parties were located on Foster St.. only complaint was the construction noise in the neighborhood early in the morning. The neighborhood however felt safe. We walked home several times after midnight. It was also easy for those who needed to work remotely during our stay with an office in each unit and plenty of room in the bedrooms.,
Beautiful house that is incredibly close to downtown Durham. Would highly recommend staying here!
We were close enough to walk to lots of attractions and restaurants and the house was extremely well kept.
