This is our second time staying in an apartment managed by Kozy Stay. Great place, complete amenities, and the place looked exactly like the photograph. The location was also convenient, with AEON Mall right across the building, and QBig Mall and many dining options in the Gading Serpong area just a 5-10 minute car ride away. Had a slight discomfort as the AC in the living room not work well after we checked in. We checked in late at night so we need to wait until next afternoon for the technician. But the problem solved immediately and Kozy Stay Guest Service really responsive to solve this issue. Plus point : the apartment is a pet friendly apartment and you can bring your furry friend to stay in this apartment small - medium size dog).
