It's our first time in Cebu with my best friends and we can say that this accomodation is worth for it's price and serves as our home there.🙂 It was guarded and there's a nearby sari sari store na maging "Suki" na kami everytime that we went home kahit late night after our every great trips in Cebu. The place is clean and have a complete utensils that serves as well. I'm the kind of person that sensitive in comfort rooms cleanliness but in our room I found the Comfort room a good one.👍 It's just the aircon it not so cold maybe because summer time talaga but you can felt it naman, just the electric fan has timer and kusang nag off pag tulog na kami wala nang pipihit hehe. I thought the TV has Netflix but really ok lang for the price. The host was very responsive and easy to coordinate with. Overall IT'S A GREAT DEAL. 👍🙂

I think the place is worth what you have paid for. Pros: Host is an excellent communicator. Building is secured 24/7 Guards/staff are friendly Decent water pressure provided it is on 4th floor Wifi is decent bed is spacious Location is near to tourist spots/airport/restos There are available paid parking areas but we have to wait for sometime for availability. Cons: We found some roaches inside the room, good thing they have insecticides ready in the unit that we can use. No elevator in the building and unit is on 4th floor Typical smell of old units Extremely small shower area, we can barely fit in
