Dhakshini Vintage Project is an experiential home stay created by the people at Dhakshini Antiques (a 35 year old Antique store in Bangalore). Designed by Preetha Chandrasekaran, the house offers a unique blend of old-world charm and modern comfort. The stone house adorned with antiques and colonial furniture from South India, is journey through time. You can rest assured you'll have an unforgettable experience. You can also visit the store in the city if you like. The property features many charming spaces that appeal to your senses at different times of the day. The house features 3 bedrooms, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, in-house cook and housekeeping. Perfect for small groups and families.

We had a wonderful stay at the Darshini Vintage house. Taking back such fond memories of this place and the stay we had with our family. The level of service is beyond 5 star level and at the same time the place feels at home. Our host was in constant touch with us to ensure we have a seamless experience. Literally one of the best stays of my life. The staff is very active and efficient, the owner Karthik has literally thought of every need and has made arrangements accordingly. Don’t even get me started about the food. It’s so homely and delicious, I would strongly recommend to have your food at the Villa only.
Our stay at Dakshini Villa was fantastic! The curation of antique artefacts is admirable. Each piece more intriguing than the other. The staff, Babu - our caretaker, Dileep, the cook, Sunil and Lalitha, the support staff, are extremely helpful and are eager to assist. The food is excellent. The cook is very good at adapting to your style of food, spice, taste, and so on. Everyone was accommodating of our needs. Kartik was always a phone call or a text away. Overall, it was a beautiful experience.
We had a memorable time at Dhakshini Villa. It has that old world peace and charm n not very far from the city. You can spend a whole week there admiring the art & antiques in the house, wide variety of outdoor and indoor seating and dining areas at the villa at both ground and first floor and just enjoying the vibe of the place that sends you to a timeless era. The attention to detail while decorating the house makes every frame Intagrammable(‘s’ had to be removed purposely). To add to all that, the staff is very courteous and Dileep ji cooked delicious food throughout our entire stay. We were there for my birthday with family and Kartik graciously welcomed us with a bouquet, had gotten the outdoor dining area decorated with balloons and sent over an absolutely delicious cake(on the house!!). He is a very very proactive and responsive host. Would love to visit again👍
