Ich habe für drei Wochen im April 2024 in der Unterkunft übernachtet. Andrea war ein hervorragender Gastgeber, den ich sehr gut erreichen konnte und der sehr flexibel auf Extrawünsche reagiert hat. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die sehr moderne Ausstattung des zwar kleinen, aber sehr geschickt möbelierten Apartements. So gibt es viele Möglichkeiten, die eigenen Computer und technischen Hilfsmittel zu laden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt!

An excellent place to stay! The location was fantastic - walking distance from downtown and the major tourist sites (the Uffizi, Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, etc. are within about half a mile). There were lots of great restaurants nearby - we loved Pizzagnolo for pizza right by the apartment, and All’Antico Vinaio had great sandwiches (I recommend going away from peak hours to avoid the line). The apartment space was excellent - super nice amenities, well-stocked with all the essentials, and very clean. The combination washer/dryer in the apartment worked well and was super convenient. The WiFi worked great. The self check-in with the electronic lock was quick and easy, and the host provided clear instructions. We were impressed by how thoughtful the host was, including providing eye masks for sleeping, some beverages upon check-in, recommendations for nearby restaurants, and overall being very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a beautiful stay. The place had everything, and if there was anything extra we wanted, Andrea got it for us or helped us get what we wanted. Great neighborhood walkable to everything, great food (suggested by Andrea) right on our block, and a great homey feel to the apartment. Couldn't give a higher recommendation!

We have absolutely amazing stay in Andrea’s apartment ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ The apartment is modern, clean and equipped with everything you need. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. To be honest we didn’t use any public transportation because it was always convenient to just walk. The amazing cathedral Santa Croce is a few blocks away. We had delicious lunch in Antico Bottaio accompanied with local wine🍷 When we go to Florence we will definitely stay again in Andrea’s apartment
