My family’s very meticulous about our accommodations, we spend a lot of time researching/reading reviews. We chose Joshua’s place based on the 5 star reviews and it being new construction. We were thoroughly pleased with the property. It was clean and felt like home. The hosts provided snacks, coffee & cold bottled water for our arrival. They also replenished the snacks and water when we decided to extend our trip. We were celebrating my son’s 23rd birthday. The host took time to decorate the house to ensure this trip was special and memorable. My son loved the decorations. This really meant a lot to me. Joshua’s place was nicely decorated for everyday use. My son, his girlfriend and I were also able to relax in the pool nightly after spending the day either at the beautiful beaches or enjoying delectable food at the many restaurants in the area. You will not be disappointed with the hosts nor the property. Five stars all the way. I will be booking my next stay soon!

We were a group of six and our first time here in Aruba. The house, the host and the area was 10/10. Close to everything! The house was just like the pictures. Comfortable and clean! Definitely coming back! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had great time!

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had! This was mainly because the host(s) went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, had everything we needed, and had access to helpful information for the trip. Joshua and his team arranged airport transportation and was able to set up a rental car for us on short notice, which was a game changer. The house was in a quiet area, sparkling clean, equipped with towels and everything else we needed, and had a Pack n' Play for our toddler. The only negative thing was the airport shuttle service was about 35 minutes late to take us back to the airport, but this was to no fault of the hosts. They even offered to drive us to the airport themselves! I would definitely recommend this location :)

Fue una excelente experiencia, la casa es grande y muy bonita, queda en un entorno agradable, todo está nuevo y limpio, en el primer piso la cocina está totalmente equipada tiene una super estufa con horno, lavavajillas y nevecon, tiene varios espacios para socializar, la sala exterior, la piscina, el comedor, la sala TV, también cuenta con lavadora secadora y baño social sin ducha, en el segundo piso hay tres alcobas cuentan con cama King, la alcoba principal tiene un vestier muy grande y baño privado, las otras dos alcobas tienen clóset cada una y comparten un baño muy grande, también cuenta con dos parqueaderos en línea descubiertos, está cerca de la playas eagle, manchebo, divi y lo más importante la comida la encuentras muy cerca en el super food a 10 minutos caminando o 2 minutos en carro, lo recomiendo, volvería a alquilar la casa

Joshua helped my wife and I with a last minute booking, we loved the property. it has everything you need for a stay in Aruba. conveniently located within a short driving distance to eagle Beach, local supermarkets, and nice restaurants. we loved that there was a hose in the backyard to wash off sand when coming back from the beach, comes with beach towels, ice coolers. really nice kitchen/dining/living room area, large master with walk in closet and en-suite bathroom. nice pool and backyard area with grill also. will definitely return here again next time we are in Aruba.
