Great Place, very helpful and responsive host. Located Centrally at Old Quarter - the heart of Hanoi. All tourist attraction are just walkable. Surrounded by lots of local and multi cuisine restaurants, Beer Street. Worth staying at Nams Place. Like to stay again in my next visit to Vietnam. Also there is a very good Spa Parlour downstairs. I wish the host all the best wishes.

We are a family of four and this apartment was an awesome stay in a great location with great access to all local attractions. Nan was a great host providing good assistance and information as well as arranging airport transfers. Highly recommended!

Nam's place is located in the center of Old Quarter, the perfect place if you're a night owl and want to experience Hanoi's nightlife. There is an uncountable number of restaurants and bars close to the apartment. The apartment was super clean and had a beautiful balcony. Nam was very friendly and responsive and even allowed us to leave our Luggage at his place after check-out since we had a very late flight. I highly recommend Nam's place.

Nam’s apartment was a great value for our stay in Hanoi. The three bedrooms had great air conditioning and comfortable beds. The balcony was a nice place to relax at the end of the day and having a washer to clean our clothes was great, especially given how hot Hanoi can be. You enter the apartment by walking through a spa and then going up stairs till reaching the locking apartment door which gave the place a safe feeling. Nam was an excellent host and went above and beyond to help us before, during and after. Nam helped us coordinate a private transfer from Sapa to Hanoi before arrival for our group. He also helped us arrange a driver for the day to take us to and around Ninh Binh. Both at very fair prices. We were also able to store our bags after check out. He was very responsive at all times. Location was great in the heart of the old quarter with a convenience store a couple doors down.
