BEDROOM: The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has an 85" smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The garage can accommodate one car. Take note that a small car is only allowed to park. If you need additional parking, there is paid parking available in the hotel's car park. The assigned spot is in the same car park, but in the public parking area on B1. Another option is paid street parking on Mort Street but do note that time restrictions apply. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building's gym, pool, and sauna throughout your stay. Common areas are on the same floor (1st level). The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.

Very well kept apartment in an excellent central location. One of the best places I’ve stayed through Airbnb in Canberra! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Canberra. Daniel was very helpful and very friendly, very quick replying to all messages sent. He was super understanding and accommodating of an unexpected situation that arose, and when I asked to extend the booking for another night with little notice he was more than happy to help me with that and made the whole process and my stay a pleasurable experience! I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending this to all my friends who stay with Airbnb :)

I enjoyed my stay very much! It was a really great apartment with the biggest TV I have ever seen in my life! Everything was safe and sound and the place was spotless, the hotel is really lovely. I highly recommend this place and hope to stay again :)
good location
This apartment is in a great location in Braddon, close to all the great restaurants, fitness studios and the Canberra Centre. The place felt more like a hotel than staying in someone’s home. It is on the Mort st side looking onto a big tree which makes it feel private. The car space is small as there is a bike parked in it as well - fine for a sedan but anything bigger might have trouble. The apartment was spotless. Kitchen had all the cooking equipment required making it super easy to cook a nice meal. The TV is huge so prepare for a movie night at this apartment. Bedroom was large with a good sized wardrobe and easy to access power points either side of the bed. The block out blinds work well too. Was useful having a full laundry. Bathroom was clean and shampoo, conditioner, body wash was provided, water pressure was great. The gym is serviceable and pool was great, although a few extra towels for the pool would have been good.

There are so many exciting things to do and see in the area! If you're interested in museums, be sure to check out the National Museum of Australia, the Australian War Memorial, or the Canberra Museum & Gallery, which are all just a quick drive away from the apartment.
And when it comes to dining out, you're in luck! There are plenty of delicious restaurants to choose from. Here are my top three recommendations:
1. Pizza Gusto - This pizza place is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment and offers generous portions, great food, and affordable prices.
2. Akiba - If you're in the mood for Asian cuisine, you won't want to miss Akiba. This restaurant is just a 10-minute walk away and offers excellent food and drinks. It's the perfect spot to visit with friends or family.
3. The Civic Pub - The Civic Pub is a great place to hang out with friends or colleagues. They have a pool table, good food, and drinks, so you can have a great time without having to go far.
