Tesco express 15min walk. 4min walk to watermead Country park and lake. many local pubs and bars in the local area all of 5/10 min drive. 5min drive to the golden mile, Belgrave road 8min drive to national space centre.

Yash was very helpful & flexible host, who checked everything was okay with the stay. House was very nice and as expected, sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable, and not very large if needed for 2. But rest of the house was great.
Yash was lovely, great communication. met us at the property and showed us round. We were due at an event at 13.00 and check in was 13.00 but Yash was very accommodating and we were able to get in earlier which was great for us.
