Next to the living room is a beautiful, large dining table with seating for 8 people and of course, a powder room to freshen up. The gourmet kitchen has a large peninsula with seating for 4, Whirlpool appliances, and a full array of cooking gear including a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, air fryer and hand mixer. Enjoy new dishes, silverware, serving platters and glasses. You'll also find a few spices and cooking essentials to help jump start your meals. Two of the built-in bunk beds are full size beds, and two are twin size beds. There is enough room for adults to sleep and it will be the favorite place for kids to hangout in! The beds include a custom ledge and outlet to charge devices and place personal items. The bunk room also has a 55” Samsung Smart TV and sound machine. The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom located in the hallway with a shower/ bath surround. The shower includes a mounted toiletry dispenser with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Upstairs also includes a laundry room, which includes a brand new Whirlpool front loader washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are also provided.
