Nael is a very responsive landlord, I requested less than the minimum nights and he accepted in no time. Beautiful apartment and very spacious. Definitely worth the money.

1. Security Complications: Accessing the compound was challenging due to stringent security measures. Security complications created inconvenience for us going in/out. 2. Lighting Issues: The house had a problem with its lighting system. The overall ambiance was notably dark, affecting the livability of the space in particular the master bedroom. 3. Specific Lighting Problem: In the master bedroom, reliance on just one lamp made it difficult to navigate and perform tasks. The limited lighting in the master bedroom posed a practical difficulty for occupants. 4. Property Condition: Despite its age, the property’s positive aspects included a good location and an appealing compound. 5. Positive Highlights: Emphasis on the positive aspects of the property, including its good location. The compound was good as a notable positive feature.
