Please send a message 48 hours in advance. **************Pool/Patio****************** Enjoy a private deck/lanai for relaxation For those chilly days, opt for a heated spa and swimming pool (heating available at an extra charge of $25/day – you must let us know 24 hours in advance) The heated pool can only be ordered for entire stay and not available for partial days of your stay. Please note that on days when the outside temp is around or below 50 degrees, the pool will not heat as well. A covered private swimming pool to unwind An outdoor dining area is perfect for family meals ********BBQ Rental and Usage*********** We provide BBQ rental for $75/per stay on AS-IS basis. We do not provide cleaning service for the grill. The guest is responsible for cleaning the grill. The propane tank may or may not be empty, and it's the responsibility of the guest to get it refilled before you can use the BBQ grill. As a common curtsey, we request all guests to clean the BBQ grill for the next guest to enjoy. AC: 68 - 78 degrees Heat: 67 - 74 degrees You are free to select the temp from this range for your comfort.
