Welcome to our bright and spacious attic loft in the heart of South Minneapolis! Featuring 2 bedrooms, each with dedicated workspaces and high-speed internet, it's perfect for a peaceful retreat or focused work time. Enjoy the beautiful morning light with a Nespresso coffee in hand or relax in the lounge with a smart TV and games after a day of exploration. Proximity to Lake Harriet and amazing restaurants and a dedicated, free parking space means easy access to all Minneapolis has to offer. This private guest suite is located on the top floor of our three-story, multi-family home built in 1912. Our family lives on the second floor, and the first floor is occupied by long-term tenants. The space offers: - 2 bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed and a dedicated workspace - A kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge & freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, and sink. We provide coffee, tea, and a few snacks and treats - A spacious living room featuring a smart TV, books, games, and puzzles - A dining space and counter stools that can seat 5 - A bathroom with shower, bathtub, and all the essentials Please note that while the space is newly finished, it is still the attic of an old home. There are sloped ceilings, and the stairs are steeper than builds of today. We're happy to send additional photos to help determine if these quirks will work for your needs and can be available during your arrival to help if you wish.

A very nice, quiet, homey space to stay! There were a few coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Our dog loved the space as well! We are really looking forward to another stay soon
Cute and cozy place on the third floor of their house, completely private entrance. They met us outside for check in and offered to carry up some of our luggage since it is 3 flights of stairs, and the third flight is *very* steep/narrow steps. So just note that if you have any dogs or older family who may have issues with steps. We carried our dog up and down! Very clean space, looked just like the photos. Great location and never felt unsafe. They’re very responsive hosts! Would absolutely stay again

This is one of my top places to stay in MNPLS. Great location, w/in walking distance to awesome restaurants & bars. A short drive to great theater, other bars & nightlife. The space is darling, very comfortable & the decor is both eclectic and tasteful. The space is very clean, I would have been comfortable taking a bath in the tub! The linens & bed were super cozzzzy. They welcomed me & my pupper w personalized attention. And they were very responsive to questions while also respectful of my privacy. I will say that they are correct when they describe the steep stairs; I only point this out if a future traveler is coming w a dog who struggles w steep stairs…you’ll need to carry them. 100% recommend this space & hosts.

Between locally owned cafes and boutiques, to delicious restaurants and the historic Washburn Park Water Tower, Tangletown draws visitors with its unique atmosphere and close-knit feel. Stately brick apartment buildings and charming single-family houses contribute to Tangletown’s quaint vibe. With a location just five miles away from Downtown Minneapolis, guests appreciate easy access to some of the city’s best parks and lakes. Minnehaha Creek Park runs through the southern portion of Tangletown while Lake Harriet is a short walk away. See a concert or outdoor movie screening at Lake Harriet Bandshell Park or soak in some sun at Lake Nokomis Park’s beach. If you’re for small-town charm while still enjoying urban amenities, Tangletown is a great choice.
Our place has a dedicated, off-street parking pad for guests. Getting around is a breeze with multiple cafes, restaurants, and stores within two blocks walking distance. The airport is a short 11 minute drive from the house, and there is a bus line in front that connects directly downtown. You can also rent Lime bikes or scooters to get around - there are no docking stations but you can usually find one nearby. Minneapolis is extremely bikeable, and we highly recommend exploring it on the many nearby trails and bike lanes.
