Good location, right at entrance of ximending!

War alles ok. Sehr zentrale Lage, sauberes Zimmer, Handtücher, Shampoo etc alles vorhanden. Trotz sehr zentraler Lage in der belebten Fußgängerzone nachts ruhig, Baustil des alten Gebäudes typische für die Umgebung in Ximen. Der Raum ist nicht sehr groß, 4 Personen mit Gepäck kommen noch unter. Etwas feuchter Geruch durch Klimaanlage oder fehlende Entlüftung im Bad

Perfect location with local night markets downstairs and clear guidance

The room looks exactly like the pictures posted. It is spacious for 4 people. The bed is big as well. AC is cold and shower has strong water pressure. In terms of its location, it is only 30 seconds walk (really near) to exit 6 of Ximen station. Also, it is in the center of Ximending shopping district and right in front of the famous "Ah-Chung Flour-Rice Noodle". Despite being in a busy district, the room is not affected by the noise outside. Easy check-in process and instructions were given clearly with pictures. Our only bad experience was the water leakage coming out from the floor near the outside sink and bathroom door. Good thing the host has a mop that we can use.

Location is perfect, easily accessible to anywhere since it’s located inside Xi Men Ding shopping district. Tho it’s in the popular district, there’s noise heard in the apartment. Host is responsive, and gave clear instructions on how to locate the place. Very accommodating as well as she allowed late checkouts for my elderly parents. All the electrical amenities provided are in good working condition. However, despite the apartment being well furnished, the building itself looks run down, which might have some unavoidable sewage smell. Overall, it’s a great stay! Highly recommended!
