We are recent converts to the Airbnb lifestyle after hoteling for years. In the past, we stayed in a neighboring town for road races run in Safety Harbor; we lucked out in finding Parisian Pad available. Although we did not communicate with Nicole between reservation and arrival, she was responsive as the time drew nearer & with specific check-in instructions. The property is perfectly located & convenient. It’s exactly as described and pictured. A 9-minute walk to the start line near the downtown hotel and spa. We never moved our car & walked everywhere. Nicole's guidebook with rules and regs also provides helpful information about sites & restaurants, many within easy walking distance. The neighbor in the other half of the duplex is very quiet. Neighborhood is quiet, safe & chill. We sat outside mornings & evenings. A small table for glasses & cups would be nice. We moved a kitchen chair for that purpose. Wonderful job, Nicole & Cristina! We'll be back.

Great location and a very nice place to get away. Well equipped and comfortable place, the listing is very representative of the space. This was my first time in Safety Harbor and with very close proximity to Main St. the location could not have been better - quiet, very short walks to coffee and breakfast. The host is very helpful and responsive. For those visiting Safety Harbor for the first time and realizing it only has a single hotel option downtown, I also stayed at the Resort and Spa a few days later after a short trip to New Orleans and felt like this was a better value and better location downtown. Much better than a room at the Resort so unless you really want to live in the pool full time Airbnb makes more sense here, and you can always buy a day pass if you want to check that out.
