It's a suitable place if you just need somewhere to crash while visiting New Haven. The location was excellent - just a couple minutes from Yale's campus and surrounded by places to eat and drink. The unit itself is quite barebones, and several of the pictures (e.g., the common areas and the gym) didn't match the actual building. That said, the location and the price were hard to match. I had some trouble with check-in that delayed me a few minutes (they email you a QR code and access instructions right at your check-in time), but Crown was quick to respond and rectified it pretty easily.
