Took several hours to get the AC to cool the house. When we arrived the AC had not been running long. Monica was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend starting the AC earlier in the day. The house is very nice and clean. The yard is great with a very large shade tree. Very nice dock. Ample area for boat access. Swimming off the dock is doable. Water is approximately four feet deep. The game room was great for when it was raining outside! Would book again!

This place was perfect! We had a blast on the golf cart cruising around the neighborhood. The game room was so fun. It was hard to decide where to be since the game room was great and the view was perfect. Lots of fun toys to use with the SUP, golf cart, game room, and lovely views! Will definitely book again!

Great place for family fun! Clean, well-equipped kitchen (could use more dishes and silverware). Kids and adults loved the game room. Comfortable inside and out. Comfortable beds. It has all the amenities and more.

We absolutely loved staying here with our extended family. The house is new, clean, excellent quality and just feels like a really nice lake house. The bedding in the upstairs primary is a dream. The kiddos loved playing on the sandy beach. Highly recommended!

Incredible place! We went for a guys weekend for some golf around Horseshoe Bay and this home had everything we wanted to needed when we weren’t out playing. The backyard towards the lake is very peaceful and the dock was enjoyable. Best part for us was the garage with all of the different games. We are a competitive bunch and it made for some great night hanging in the garage and being able to play shuffleboard and ping pong. The layout of the home is great for a big group. We had 8 people and the house still had so much room. To top everything off our host was great with communication and always making sure we had everything we needed. Great experience for us.
