This is a combined listing of two homes that are side-by-side: Rocky Resort + Tree House. These homes are owned and managed by Super Luxury Home Rentals and completed construction in September 2023. They are finished with high end furnishing from Restoration Hardware, Thuma, Samsung, Steelcase, Solo Stove, and more. Each home is fully stocked and equipped to feed, entertain, and comfortably accommodate 28 people in standard beds (two combined homes can accommodate 56 people in total). Legal agreements and security deposit are managed using an approved API-connected software provider called OwnerRez. The security deposit is a temporary hold on the credit card in case of any damages incurred during the stay. This property allows pets up to 2 dogs with a fee. The maximum guest count must be adhered which is 28 for this property.
