Enjoy our home with lots of space for family fun. Keep the kids active in the swimming pool, or get them to shoot some hoops while you relax in the mineral spa. Take a short walk to the river or the local beaches, cast a line for a fish or go for a paddle, or just have a wander through the town. It's all walking distance in Barwon Heads. Explore the Bellarine Peninsula or the surf coast with world class beaches, wineries, resturants and golf courses all just a short drive from home. When you walk through the front door you will get an immediate feel for the spaciousness that our home offers. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge are connected yet defined. A light filled, covered Al fresco dining area with gas BBQ adjoins the full kitchen, but a glimpse of the spa through the back windows gives you a hint at what you'll find when you head out the back. The rear outside space has a resort feel about it. The heated mineral pool will leave you feeling refreshed even on the hottest of summer days. The shallow wading area is great for the youngest guests (with parental supervision of course) and the huge spa is perfect to soak in after a trip to the beach, just set it to spa mode using the remote control and it will be as hot a bath in no time. Relax with a book on one of the sun loungers by the pool and catch some rays, or sit under one of the built-in commercial umbrellas to get plenty of shade when you've had enough sun. For the more sporty guests there is a basketball ring so you can shoot a few hoops, and the outside shower is perfect for rinsing off the sand after a day at the beach. Downstairs, the master bedroom has a King bed, soaring high ceilings with a ceiling fan and split system AC, a large smart TV, and an adjoining en-suite. The main living area houses a huge and very comfy King Living sofa which can seat plenty of people in the evenings. A wood burning fireplace won't get much use during summer but is super cosy during the colder months, and split system AC and ceiling fan complete the climate control arrangements The second bedroom also boasts a king sized bed and has a ceiling fan and a beautiful sunny outlook onto the pool in the rear. Bed 3 is furnished with a leather 3 seat sofa, which folds out into a comfortable queen bed, and a smart TV mounted to the wall. This versatile space is a lovely bedroom by night, but it can also be used during the day as a quiet space for the kids to relax. Split system AC in the rear hallway provides cooling for beds 2 & 3 The spacious central bathroom has a shower and separate bath (this bath is also a spa) and there is a separate powder room. The laundry is small but the Asko washing machine and dryer both boast huge 10kg capacities so you can pack light and still easily stay on top of the holiday washing. Upstairs boasts 2 matching queen bedrooms each with their own study nook in case you need a space to set up your laptop. The upstairs living space has a great view down to the pool through large double glazed windows, another large flat screen smart TV, split system AC and an upstairs bathroom with double vanity, toilet a huge double shower. Bed rooms 3, 4 & 5 are normally configured without the single bed, but they can be reconfigured to accept a single bed in each if required. alternatively you may prefer to set up extra beds in the upstairs lounge space.
