Modern but with classic style features, this central 1 bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the Cuba Street quarter. Suitable for travellers including families, business guests and clients working nearby including Monday-Friday stays. This is a real home away from home with amazing city views! Being an apartment attached to but separate to the hotel means guests can use the gym, pool and spa pool for free and also access the ground floor areas such as the bar and hotel communal areas. The self contained apartment is on one of the top floors and faces south. It is quiet but there is some potential for street noise being in the inner city. Happy to take longer term bookings. I now know where to stay whenever I'll come back to Wellington. Communication with Richard is excellent, place is convenient and comfy.
Perfect location! Apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Would stay again. Bit draughty (cold, noisy wind) at the balcony doors, but had heaters. Soft bed. Great shower. Read and follow the check-in instructions properly to get key card and enter apartment.
Great stay, fantastic location, Everthing was clean and tidy. Pool and Spa was an awesome win too, Lots of great food places around too
We appreciated that Richard took the time to meet us at the apartment and let us put our bags in early. He was friendly and welcoming. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed making use of the swimming pool downstairs. Highly recommend this accommodation. Thanks Richard.
Best part was having a morning swim and spa!!!

Very walkable area to the main parts of the city, restaurants, shops and main attractions. Buses leave from adjoining streets and the rail station is a 25 minute walk away.
