Good view and place to stay. The unit has 3 bathrooms which is useful for family to stay. Generally the unit is clean, but has a noticeable smell in the common toilet.

Check in was delayed - he kept mentioning the previous stayer had a late check out. Then he said one of the water pipe was broken and needed to be replaced- someone has to come and get it fixed. We could not use the master bedroom toilet as he mentioned the pipe is broken. Waited till 5pm. still haven’t settle, he asked if we could fetch the maintenance person from downstairs if we want to check in now. Disagreed and told him 6pm latest to settle everything cause we waiting since morning. Still did not settle and he told us maintenance guy will come tomorrow morning, we told him 9am please come cause we’re going out. Maintenance guy did not arrive till 10am. (ALL HE DID WAS TURN ON THE PIPE AND LEFT) we could have done it ourself. We waited so long for someone to just TURN ON THE PIPE. Secondly, there were ants everywhere in the house. The kitchen was filled with ants and we had to wipe the table ourselves as it was very sticky. The AC was continuously leaking and floor was dusty.
